The present work of professional competence shows the psychoeducational evaluation and intervention to a first-grade elementary student with ADHD diagnosis, his parents and the tutor teacher, in a regular private educational institution. This study aimed to increase the attentional capacities, executive functions, assertive behaviors, and emotional intelligence skills of the six-year-old student during the whole school year, through the development of programs, workshops, individualized sessions and cognitive-behavioral techniques. In addition, accompaniment, psychoeducation, guidance, and counseling to parents and the tutor teacher. The results obtained through observation records, rubrics, and checklists showed a significant increase of approximately 25.5% from a low level to a high average level from May to December. This upgrade demonstrates the student's achievement of established goals in following directions, attention and compliance with activities, order and organization, assertive expression of ideas, kindness, and respect for their environment. Eventually, the collaborative and joint effort between parents, teachers, and educational psychologist is highlighted and recognized as essential for the achievement of student goals' in the school context, thus contributing to optimal academic performance.
