The general objective was: To reduce the symptoms of generalized anxiety in the patient in order to contribute to the improvement of his quality of life. After the intervention it was observed that the patient was able to reduce his anxious symptomatology, going from a moderate to a normal level. Additionally, improvements were observed in his emotional regulation skills, thinking flexibility, problem solving and planning of healthy activities.
