Uterine cancer causes six deaths per day in Peru. A way to prevent this cancer is the administration of the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) vaccine. Vaccination campaigns are promoted through digital means like social media. Facebook is the social media where the Peruvian ministry of health has more followers and interactions. On this fan page, an investigation with a netnography approach has been made on the vaccination campaigns against HPV in 2019 and 2020 with two different methods to compare them. A passive observer role was assumed, analyzing perceptions of Facebook users through comments regarding the calls for vaccination against HPV. The first classification of opinions by topic was carried out based on the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) and Term Frequency - Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF), then a second classification was performed with the content analysis manual. A review of the comments was made to classify them according to the position. With regard to opinions, deficiencies were found in the diffusion regarding the HPV vaccine, as well as the necessity to clarify myths and questions respecting the vaccine. In addition, some users reported that even health personnel did not vaccinate their daughters despite being in the age range.
