Background: As an answer to the COVID-19 pandemic, Peru was declared in a state of emergency, suspending face-to-face activities and implanting virtual education, where teachers have been exposed to larges working days in front of a computer. Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSD) are considered as one of the most common occupational health problems worldwide, causing pain as one symptom.. Objective: Describe the most frequent Musculoskeletal pain that physiotherapists professors from Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia (UPCH) showed during the state of emergency. Materials and Methods: Descriptive cross-sectional study. The study population where physiotherapists professors from UPCH that gave virtual classes during the state of emergency. The “Trastornos musculoesqueléticos para Fisioterapeutas docentes 2020” quiz was applied which counted with 16 items and had as a base the Nordic Kuorinka quiz. That was validated by experts judgment. To analize the obtained information, univariate descriptive analysis procedures of frequency and percentaged were used. Results: The population showed greater pain in the last 12 months at the neck with a 78% among men and 71% in women. During the last 7 days, the predominant pain was at the neck zone with a 67% in men and 48% in women. Conclusions: The 100% of the studied population refers to have presence of pain, being the neck zone the most painful, despite realizing preventive activities.
