Objective: To determine the relationship between fatigue at work and musculoskeletal injuries in workers of a security and surveillance company in Lima-Peru 2018. Materials and Methods: The study was non-experimental, analytical, prospective and cross-sectional. The type of sampling was probabilistic, and the sampling technique was systematic. The study sample consisted of 251 security and surveillance officers from a Lima company in 2018. Occupational Fatigue was evaluated using the Yoshitake Questionnaire, for the musculoskeletal evaluation, the muscular evaluation model of the center providing occupational medical examinations was used. Results: The mean age was 38.5 years, they were mainly men (91.6%), with secondary education (79.3%), with less than 5 years of experience in the position (55%) and worked on rotating hours (86.9%). The 36.7% presented musculoskeletal injuries, 73.9% of them suffered low back pain. The 10.4% presented fatigue at work, 92.3% of them moderate fatigue and 57.7% presented general symptoms of fatigue. A significant relationship was found between fatigue at work and musculoskeletal injuries (p = 0.019); the relationship remained significant in male workers (p = 0.017), in those with less than 5 years of experience (p = 0.003) and in those on the rotating shift (p = 0.011). Conclusion: The security and surveillance agents show a significant relationship between work fatigue and musculoskeletal injuries; relationship that manifests itself mainly in male workers, with less than 5 years of experience and a rotating work shift.
