The general objective of this research was determine the correlation between exist attitudes and psychological well being in women who attend in Development Center for Woman, in the Santa Anita district, correlations between the dimensions of General sexism Scale and the Psychological well being Scale were also identified. The research design was non experimental, cross sectional, correlational descriptive, a secondary database was used in wich General sexism Scale and the Psychological well being scale were used. As results, it was found that sexist attitudes was inversely correlated to psychological well being, the strength of this correlation being of low intensity. Likewise, sexist attitudes were inversely correlated with the dimensions of psychological well being, varying the strength of the correlation according to the dimensions. Also, hostile sexist attitudes were inversely correlated with each one of the dimension of psychological wellbeing, differentiating the intensity of the correlation according to the dimension. Furthermore, in relation to benevolent sexist attitudes direct correlation in evidenced only with the positive relations dimension of psychological well being and an inverse correlation with the others dimensions. Finally, hostile sexist attitudes and benevolent sexist attitudes was inversely correlated with psychological well being, these correlations being of low intensity.
