This research focuses on studying the conditions that have arisen in the health of initial level education teachers in urban and rural areas of the regions of Peru during the 2018 period, according to the results presented in the ENDO survey. Because the health of teachers has been harmed by the various conditions to which teachers are exposed inside and outside the educational campus. Thus, allowing a better understanding of the state of health and well-being of early childhood teachers in Peru. It is extremely important to understand the working conditions that affect or benefit the health and well-being of teachers. In order to better understand the situations that trigger certain diseases and thus try to prevent them. Likewise, it is noted how and where the Peruvian teachers of the initial level, belonging to the public management, are attended. In addition, with what funds they finance their treatments and the frequency of absence of teachers for health reasons. In order to be able to sensitize educational agents. So that in this way the working conditions that damage the health and well-being of teachers improve. And in this way, licenses for health reasons can be reduced, avoiding harming the teaching-learning processes of students.
