This thesis focused its objective on determining if there is a relationship between teaching performance and organizational climate in the specialties of Maintenance Mechanic, Industrial Electricity and Automotive Mechanic of a Professional Training Center in Huancayo. The type of research is basic, with a quantitative approach, deductive methodology, correlational level and a non-experimental design; type of census sampling, considering 42 teachers from three aforementioned specialties. Regarding the technique used, it was observation and as an instrument the observation guide, considering the development of the didactic process in the classroom, the climate in the classroom / workshop and the attitude of the teacher in the class, prepared by the authors. For content validity, the criteria of judges were followed, for which the definition of each dimension was presented and the relevance of the item of each of them was rated. The degree of agreement or acceptance of the instrument was 100%. For reliability, Cronbach's Alpha coefficient was applied, whose value was 0.8 in general; corresponded to the Maintenance Mechanic specialty: 0.814; Industrial Electricity, 0.81; Automotive Mechanic, 0.811. The results show that job performance is related to the Institutional Climate with 80% reliability in the three specialties.
