The abfraction-type lesions are studied for their high prevalence in patients with very high masticatory loads, it is important to know them for their better management the adequate distribution of the restorative material in the lesion. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the distribution of cervical stress in LCNC according to magnitude of the occlusal load and restoration material in right lower first premolars by means of MEF.MATERIALS AND METHODS. The first lower right premolar was modeled by the MEF. Four tetrahedral meshes were obtained: Piece without lesion, with lesion, with lesion restored with fluid resin, with lesion restored with composite resin. They were exported to the software ANSYS 18, where occlusal loads of 100 N and 500 N were applied on the external slope to 2 mm of the buccal cusp of the piece. RESULTS: Comparatively between pieces without injury and with injury, with and without restoration, for both loads, greater levels of effort are recorded for the pieces With Restored Lesion With Fluid Resin and With Restored Lesion With Composite Resin at their average level of effort between planes, standing out in the cut at the internal angle of the lesion. CONCLUSIONS: For 100 and 500 N, the pieces with lesion restored are the ones with the least variability in their values between planes, apparently producing an effect of homogenization of the level of effort throughout the extension of the lesion.
