Reproductive disorders are an important part of the pathologies that affect the canine species, and considering the females, the most frequent ones are: Pyometra, Transmissible Venereal Tumor (TVT) and Dystocia, which cause damage to the reproductive system and puts the patient's life at risk. The objective of the study was to determine the frequency of reproductive disorders: Dystocia, Pyometra and TVT, and the association of the variables age and breed in the presentation of the disorders in Metropolitan Lima, during the period from 2013 to 2018. The study corresponds to a descriptive cross-sectional exploratory investigation, the target population was female dogs seen in veterinary clinics 252 medical records were analyzed, obtaining a frequency for cases of Pyometra, TVT and Dystocia of 46.8% (n = 118), 29.4% (n = 74) and 23.8% (n = 60), respectively. An association was found between the age group and the presentation of dystocia (p <0.0001), the presentation of pyometra (p <0.0001) and the presentation of TVT (p = 0.0014). An association was found between the size and the presentation of dystocia (p = 0.0386) and the presentation of TVT (p = 0.0129). No significant difference was found when comparing the size with the presentation of pyometra. The results found will serve to know what the occurrence is in the study period of the different reproductive disorders in Metropolitan Lima and to take preventive measures.
