The following pages detail the backgrounds, surrounding analysis, market analysis, operational plan, suggested human resources structure and conclusions with recommendations for a successful implementation of the center. The business idea starts, mainly, due a personal loss of the autor’s second daughter, which led him to investigate the number of deaths from previous years in COVID-19 prepandemic and pandemic stages, discovering a notable increase. Base on this, raised the possibility of providing a comprehensive and skilled service to help people in the final days of their lifes and those who have had a loss accept their new reality To define the service scope, surveys were conducted to people of different socieconomic levels and districts. After analyzing results, with a price analysis of the competitors and alternative services named: “Competitors Analysis” (see Annex 2), target market and product price were determined Services differentiation will be the center’s strategy, because it will provide personalized sessions base on the type of emotional pain the client is going through.
