Objective: To determine the level of knowledge about healthy lunchboxes among mothers of elementary school students at the private educational institution Cambridge School, Callao - 2023. Materials and Methods: The study was designed within the parameters of a quantitative approach, adopting a descriptive-cross-sectional methodology. The sample consisted of 95 mothers of primary school students. The survey technique was employed for data collection, and the measurement instrument was a questionnaire developed and validated by Arévalo PDC, García RM (2017), comprising 20 statements and 5 dimensions that assess the level of knowledge about healthy lunchboxes in this study. Results: Regarding the knowledge level, a high level predominated with 90.1% (n=73), followed by a low level with 14.7% (n=14), and a medium level with 9.9% (n=8). In terms of dimensions, in the importance dimension, a high level predominated with 48.4% (n=46), followed by a medium level with 36.8% (n=35), and a low level with 14.7% (n=14). In the content dimension, a high level predominated with 95.8% (n=91), followed by a low level with 4.2% (n=4). In the frequency dimension, a high level predominated with 93.7% (n=89), and a low level with 6.3% (n=6). In the nutritional value dimension, a high level predominated with 92.6% (n=88), followed by a medium level with 6.3% (n=6), and a low level with 1.1% (n=1). Finally, in the preparation dimension, a high level predominated with 96.8% (n=92), and a medium level with 3.2% (n=3). Conclusions: The research revealed that surveyed mothers of school students showed a medium and high level of knowledge about healthy lunchboxes.
