Objective: To assess the quality of life concerning health during the pandemic in people with non-communicable diseases residing in a housing association in Northern Lima, 2022. Materials and methods: This was a quantitative research with a descriptive and cross-sectional design. 152 duly selected people participated in this study. The technique was the survey and the SF-36 questionnaire was used to measure it. Results: Regarding quality of life, the high level became more frequent with 38.2% (n=58), followed by the very high level with 32.9% (n=50), the average level with 17.1% (n=26) and 11.8% (n=18). According to its dimensions, the very high level was more frequent in physical functioning with 52.6% (n=80), in physical role function with 71.7% (n=109) and in pain with 69.1% (n=105), the average level was more frequent in general health with 59.2% (n=90), the high level was more frequent in energy/fatigue with 40.8% (n=62), the high level was more frequent in social function with 34.2% (n=52), the very high level was more frequent in emotional function with 56.6% (n=86), the high level was more frequent in emotional well-being with 59.9% (n=91) and finally, the high level was more frequent in health change with 58.6% (n=89). Conclusions: Regarding quality of life, the high level was more frequent, followed by the very high, average and low level.
