Introduction: the internship is a practical training phase carried out under the guidance and supervision of specialists in different medical areas. In my case, I decided to apply to the Naval Medical Center Surgeon Major Santiago Távara (CMST) which offers a wide range of specialized medical services, such as surgery, internal medicine, pediatrics, gynecology-obstetrics and more. This allowed me to rotate for 10 months from April 2023 to January 2024 in these services. Objective: present and examine the 30 clinical cases that I observed and attended to during my medical internship period at the Naval Medical Center Cirujano Mayor Santiago Távara (CMST). Methodology: descriptive and analytical study that will be carried out based on the clinical skills acquired during10 months at the Naval Medical Center Cirujano Mayor Santiago Távara (CMST). Result: this study includes 30 clinical cases, four of which are from gynecology and obstetrics, ten from pediatrics, eleven from surgery, and five from internal medicine. Each case is comprised of anamnesis and physical examination, background, diagnosis, work strategies, deduction of laboratory analysis tests and imaging studies, therapeutic approach, follow-up, and a reflection of the theoretical and practical knowledge that each case left me with. Conclusion: the internship gave me the opportunity to witness a wide variety of clinical cases, from common conditions to more complex and rare situations. This experience motivated me to select and present the 30 case reports from which I have acquired the most valuable knowledge, through which I can apply my theoretical knowledge to practice, thus improving my diagnostic and therapeutic skills. Each of these clinical cases allowed me to understand the relevance of offering patients comprehensive care, addressing not only their physical needs, but also their emotional and social aspects. This vision helped me develop a more complete and empathetic perspective in the management of patients, recognizing that good health and well-being are the result of a variety of interrelated factors.
