The objective of this research was to identify and determine the antimicrobial susceptibility of enterobacteriaceae in urinary tract infections (UTI) in pregnant women at the "Vilcas huamán" Health Center (June-September 2023), Ayacucho, Peru. A qualitative, descriptive, and prospective research design was employed. The sample consisted of 16 urine cultures positive for enterobacteriaceae in young and adult pregnant women with UTI. Software programs like Excel were used to evaluate the frequency of enterobacteriaceae, and biochemical tests were used to assess their susceptibility. The study included 23 pregnant patients diagnosed with UTI, of whom 70% (16) had infections with enterobacteriaceae. The distribution of these bacteria was as follows: 75% E. coli, 13% Proteus sp., and 13% Klebsiella sp. E. coli and Proteus sp. were found to be susceptible to Nitrofurantoin, Amoxicillin + Clavulanic Acid, Ceftriaxone, and Cefalexin. However, Klebsiella sp. exhibited resistance to all four antibiotics. Israel: E. coli, Proteus sp., and Klebsiella sp. were identified as the bacteria causing UTI in pregnant women at the "Vilcas huamán" Health Center (June-September 2023), Ayacucho. E. coli and Proteus sp. were found to be susceptible to all four antibiotics evaluated, while Klebsiella sp. was resistant
