This report presents a analysis of the “Implementation of a flexible bonus in the avocado harvesting process to improve productivity in the agroindustrial company Camposol S.A, 2022” The work experience was carried out in the harvest area agroindustrial company Camposol S.A., its porpuse is to implement a flexible bonus to increase the productivity of avocado harvest workers. Camposol S.A is a company dedicated to the cultivation, processing and marketing of agricultural products such as avocados, blueberries, grapes, mangoes, tangerines, among others. Despite having more than 24 years in the sector, in recent years there has been a worrying symptom has been the low demand for labor and the competition for it between different crops. With the objective of improving the productivity of the avocado harvesting operators of the agroindustrial company Camposol S.A., therefore reducing the hiring of labor, lowering labor costs and generating more profitability for the company, int was necessary to carry out an analysis, diagnosis and determine strategies. In this sense, the flexible bonus was applied, managing to improve the productivity of the harvest workers of the Agromás Farm by 18% in the 2022 avocado campaign. The labor cost of the Agromás Farm harvest decreased by 7.6% and the reduction in labor construction was 14.75% which also led to cost savings in new personnel.
