ABSTRACT The development of this research work was carried out in the study entity Caja Señor de Sipán - Agencia Huamachuco 2021, which develops its activities in the district of Huamachuco and surroundings, with the main objective of determining the influence of financial education on delinquency. of clients of the Bank, the research carried out according to its scope is descriptive, explanatory, the Inductive-Deductive Method, Hypothetical-Deductive Method was used, the survey was used as a quantitative research technique, to validate the reliability of the The Cronbach's Alpha method was applied to the data obtained, obtaining 0.781 for the data collection instrument of both variables, and for the Financial Education variable an alpha equal to 0.802, in the Default variable an alpha equal to 0.853 was found; The population consisted of 840 clients and a sample of 127 clients was obtained, the data collection instrument was applied to said sample, and with the data obtained it was possible to meet the objectives of the thesis, verify the research hypothesis to through Spearman's correlation coefficient, and statistical indicators, determining as the main result that the financial education variable positively influences the delinquency variable.
