ABSTRACT This thesis report called, Elements of the tourist management of the Huaca De La Luna Archaeological Complex, which determine the satisfaction of the tourist, was intended to knowthe elements of the tourist management of the Huaca De La Luna Archaeological Complex, which determine the levels of tourist satisfaction, where it has been proven that the human factor determines a high level of satisfaction in national tourists in 75.87% and in foreign tourists in 75.75%, because it is efficient and is evidenced in the joint work they have been doing the areas of tourism, archeology and conservation, involving private entities; In addition, each staff is continually trained, meets a work schedule and performs functions according to their area such as: keeping track of statistical data on tourist arrivals, checking cash, monitoring and selection of tourist guides, carrying out the archaeological investigations, conserving the remains, being efficient in the interpretation and presentation of the information, the good management of the times, maintaining the organization and conduction of the groups, mastering the English language; They also provide quality service, show empathy, provide confidence and good treatment to tourists. Likewise, the infrastructure and facilities determine a high level of satisfaction in national tourists in 52.42% and in foreign tourists in 69.69%, because accessibility is in good condition and is evidenced in the encased and asphalted roads that allow to arrive quickly the tourist moving comfortably and safely in public, private and private means of transport; also for the tourist signs of type A and B on the main roads and type C in the areas of the visitor center; the trails and ramps of the monument in good condition and delimited; facilities built with adobe, cane from Guayaquil and wood, painted dark red, ocher and blue and white, which are representative of the Moche culture, have lighting and water services; equipment such as tables, chairs, benches, desks, etc., and leather, wood, matt and ceramic crafts. In addition, the heritage management guidelines determine a high level of satisfaction in national tourists by 80.17% and in foreign tourists by 81.81%, because they are demonstrated in the preservation of the authenticity of the monument, through conservation works that maintain originality and traditionality; conservation focused on taking care of traces with chemical and natural products; sustainability based on preventive conservation using materials for cleaning parts, safety measures such as the installation of security cameras and structural reinforcement; interpretation and presentation programs that are easy to understand and provide good guidance; and the museum with a collection of original evidences that has been found in the monument, in addition the technology with which they are exhibited allows easy reading. Scientific methods were used such as: Inductive-Deductive that allowed to study in a particular way the human factor, the infrastructure and tourist facilities and the guidelines of heritage management; Ethnographic that allowed to describe the elements of the tourist management of the Archaeological Complex Huaca De La Luna. As for the techniques, the interview, survey, observation and signing were used. The instruments were also used: interview guide, survey questionnaire, observation guide, text sheets, interview cards, observation cards, field notebook, camera and tape recorder
