The present research study was carried out with the purpose of designing the proposal of the Google Classroom tool to improve learning in the Education for Work Area in secondary education students, Chocope, Ascope-2021, this study was prepared after being able to identify the shortcomings in the area of education for work considering the pandemic health process we are going through due to the Covid-19 virus which were not given classes in person, being distance education, which led to an innovation through the design of a proposal. The research was quantitative, with a propositive descriptive design, whose population sample was 88 students of the third grade of secondary school was applied an objective test to evaluate learning in the area of education for work whose results were: 51 students equivalent to 58% were at the regular level, 10 representing 11% at the low level and 27 symbolizes 31% at the good level, observing a majority at a regular level promoting the design of the Google Classroom Tool in improving learning in the area of education for work in 2021.
