ABSTRACT This research was conducted in the months of October to December 2012 and January to February 2013, in ten stables in the cities of Chiclayo, Lambayeque and Tuman Lambayeque region in order to evaluate three feeding systems cows Holstein - friesian on the quality of total milk solids. In Fatty solids, October and February had 3,38; November: 3,37; December and January: 3,35. Statistically significant differences (p=0,05) were not calculated. Chiclayo system had 3,40; Lambayeque: 3,36 and Tuman: 3,35. Highly significant differences (p<0,01) were calculated. In non-fat solids, December and January had 8.40, November: 8,38; February: 8,36 and October: 8,34. Highly significant statistical difference (p<0,01) were determined. Chiclayo system had 8,45; Lambayeque: 8,35 and Tuman: 8,32. Highly significant statistical difference (p<0,01) were calculated. In total solids, December, January and February had 11,75; November: 11,74 and October: 11,72. There were no statistically significant differences (p>0,05). Chiclayo system had 11,86; Lambayeque: 11,71 and Tuman: 11,66. Highly significant differences (p<0,01) were calculated. In Protein, December and February had 2,76; October, November and January: 2,75. No significant differences (p>0,05) were determined. Chiclayo system had 2,90; Lambayeque: 2,71 and Tuman: 2,64. Highly significant differences (p<0,01) were calculated. In lactose, December had 4,53; October, November, January and February had 4,52. Statistically significant differences (p>0,05) were not calculated. Chiclayo system had 4,60; Lambayeque: 4,52 and Tuman: 4,45. Highly significant statistical difference (p<0,01) were determined. In ash, October, November, December, January and February had 0,66. Statistically significant differences were not determined. 4,52 system and Lambayeque had 0,66; Tuman: 0,65. Highly significant differences (p<0,01) were calculated.
