ABSTRACT The general objective of this research was to establish the relationship that exists between inventory management and the liquidity of the Ahumada Constructor E.I.R.L. hardware store, Guadalupe, 2022, the quantitative approach was considered, with a correlational level. The study sample was the Ahumada Constructor E.I.R.L. hardware store, Guadalupe. Taking into account the quarterly economic and financial reports for the year 2022, and the personnel in charge of the general management, logistics and accounting area. Document analysis and interviews were used as data collection techniques; and, as instruments, the documentary analysis guide and the interview guide respectively; Deficiencies in inventories and liquidity were determined, for which improvements were proposed. It is concluded that the inventory management and liquidity of the Ahumada Constructor E.I.R.L. hardware store, Guadalupe, 2022, has a very high and significant direct relationship, with an average coefficient of: -0.818, -0.918 and 0.911 (Table 18) with the concepts of the purchasing management, 0.866, 0.849 and 0.718 (Table 19) with the concepts of sales management, and, 0.905, -0.832 and -0.841 (Table 20) with the concepts of inventory control management. In addition, low inventory turnover, poor purchasing planning, low level of sales, inventory taking greater than 30 days, sale of inventories at a discount and sale of devalued products with a greater discount (Table 21) are the situations related to inventories that affect the company's liquidity.
