ABSTRACT This thesis was carried out with the purpose of analyzing the relationship between poor interpersonal relationships and conflicts between workers of the waste division of the district municipality of Pacasmayo, 2022. The type of applied research has been considered, based on a descriptive design, and the sample consisted of 57 workers from the waste division of the district municipality of Pacasmayo, with whom we worked applying the methods and techniques of quantitative research (Statistical method and as a technique to the survey) and qualitative research (Inductive - deductive method) and as a technique the structured interview. Indeed, it is transcendental that the District Municipality of Pacasmayo tends to know what is the climate that exists in your organization and how it affects the job satisfaction of each of the workers, this makes it possible to create an analysis based on the results, based on the guide to the present investigation. That is why the concluded results showed that for the existence of optimal job satisfaction, it is necessary for the organization to tend to have a pleasant organizational climate. Finally, we propose to consider that the institution has to implement programs based on training, as well as create a motivation plan, in which it also seeks to create a leadership that adapts to change and works with the teams to generate plans to improve their performance. and contribute to assertive productivity for the organization.
