ABSTRACT The objective of this thesis is to analyze how social responsibility influences the labor well- being of the harvest worker collaborators of the company Exportadora Frutícola del Sur. S.A in the year 2023. The methods that were used were: the Inductive - Deductive method, the Descriptive method and the Statistical method, the mixed approach was used, as well as the techniques of observation, interview and survey, which were applied to a sample of 80 collaborators. Finally, instruments such as observation record, interview record and the questionnaire that allowed quantitative and qualitative data to be obtained. In conclusion, social responsibility influences the work well-being of harvest worker collaborators through the opportunity for labor equality, motivation and personal development, evident in 94% of collaborators expressing their satisfaction in the work environment where found, 85% of the workers feel satisfied with their work experience in the company, 80% feel the commitment and trust on the part of the company, and 73% say that the company provides them with job stability, generating in them , a better quality of work life, motivation and satisfaction when carrying out their work.
