ABSTRACT The present investigation was carried out in the company Avícola Agropecuaria Las Campiñas del Sol E.I.R.L., located in the District of Tarapoto, Province of San Martín; with the objective of determining the effect of the addition of a phytase and a multienzymatic complex plus probiotics to diets on the productive parameters of broiler chickens. A total of 150 chickens from the Cobb 500 line were randomly distributed in three treatments, T0: Diet without enzymes, T1: Diet with 100 g of Phyzyme / t of food and T2: Diet with 100 g of Hidrozyme / t of food. Diets were isocaloric and isoproteic. Total weight increments were 2.79 kg for T2, 2.74 kg for T1 and 2.7 kg for T0 (P<0,05), representing a superiority of 3.3 and 1.5% respectively groups with enzymes relative to the control group. Total feed intakes were 5.19 kg, 5.21 kg and 5.2 kg for T0, T1 and T2 respectively (P<0,05). Mortality rates of 2.0 were established; 1.3 and 0.7% for T0, T1 and T2 respectively (P> 0.05). Numerically there are differences, with T0 having the highest value, followed by T1 and then T2, which had the lowest mortality rate. The best total feed conversion was obtained by T2 with a value of 1.75, followed by T1 with 1.88 and finally by T0 with 1.95 (P<0,05), an improvement of 10.23% and 3 , 59% in relation to T0 respectively. T2 achieved the best productive efficiency index with 370.7, followed by T1 with 334 and then T0 with 309.9, with a superiority of 19.62% and 7.78% in relation to the control treatment. The Profit / Cost ratio calculated was 1.13, 1.16 and 1.19 for treatments 0, 1 and 2 respectively. The highest value was obtained by T2, followed by T1 and then by T0. It is concluded that the addition of Hidrozyme (T2) to the diets improves significantly the productive parameters of broiler chickens.
