The objective of this research was to determine that the Multimedial Infociencia program improves reading comprehension skills in students of the first grade of secondary education at IE No. 80372 Cushcanday-Agallpampa. The design was pre-experimental, the convenience sample was 29 first-year high school students. As an instrument, the observation guide of the Multimedia Program "Infociencia" and a reading comprehension test were used. The results identified the literal level of reading comprehension before and after applying the Infociencia multimedia program, the start and progress categories were reduced from 10 to 0% and from 41% to 3% respectively, the achievement and outstanding category increased from 28 % to 41% and from 21% to 55% respectively, which was validated by Student's T test (p = 0.001). The inferential level of reading comprehension was identified before and after applying the Infociencia multimedia program, finding that the beginning and progress categories decreased from 10% to 3% and from 41% to 10% respectively. The achievement and outstanding categories increased from 21% to 34% and 28% to 52% respectively. And the critical level of reading comprehension was identified before and after applying the Infociencia multimedia program, finding that the start and progress categories decreased from 34% to 3% and from 3% to 14% respectively. In the achievement category, it increased from 14% to 48%. It is concluded that the Multimedia Infociencia program improves reading comprehension ability, which is evidenced after the reduction from 7% to 0% at the beginning, from 24% to 0% in progress and increased from 17% (2) to 55%. (16) highlighted, that is, a positive impact of 38%.
