The objective of this study is to build a low-power Michel Banki turbine-scale module at the Professional Academic School of Mechanical Engineering belonging to the Faculty of Engineering of the National University of Trujillo. The research under study is correlational and has a non-experimental design. The main techniques were the organized review of information, use of modeling and design software. The main results showed the measurements of the main dimensions for the construction of the turbine, which were evidenced in the measurement of the flow rate of 0,0183 m3/s and a height of 5 m. The elements that constitute the Michel Banki turbine module were designed with the 3D program. Generally, the turbine is independent of its generation scale, the difference lies in the levels of hydraulic head (height), a constant flow, a suction pipe, a distributor, an impeller and an outlet. As a result, each has unique characteristics that make them suitable for specific flow and head conditions. It is recommended to construct the design of the Michel Banki turbine model.
