ABSTRACT The present assignment of investigation was made on the Agroindustrial Enterprise of Paramonga S.A.A. located at the north of the Lima región in the zone of Cerro Blanco-Paramonga. The pits or “hydrogeologic catchments” are drillings that are made on the underground that, once conditioned and equipped, allows the extraction of the underground water. With the information obtained of the hydrogeologic reserch, it will be available the data necessary to define the location of the pi, the drilling method, the drilling depth of dynamic level and expected quality of wáter. This assignment tries to analize how beneficial is the preventive maintenance on the Agroindustrial Enterprise of Paramonga S.A.A. to the tubular pits with vertical turbine that have at its disposal, initially recognizing the hydrogeologic features of the máximum flow rate used, reconize the principal components that allows the pumping of water to the Surface. Wich are subjected to wastage, rust, colmatation and decrease of the gravel volumen, obstructions with chemical inlays, bactereologics and mechanics; in order to prevent engine and body removal procedures are made for their cleaning of the inside Surface of the pit by mechanic brush, in order to improve the efficiency of pumping and prolonging its useful life.
