ABSTRACT The main objective of the following research was to determine the incidence of a system of control indicators in the commercial management of the LeonLab S.A.C., Trujillo 2022 clinic, for which a pre-experimental methodological design was used, with an empirical-analytical and inductive-deductive method. The technique used to collect data was only the survey, applied twice to a population made up of all members (8 collaborators) of this clinical laboratory. In addition, a sample of 54 clients was considered, since indicators were established for them. The initial results made it possible to identify that the company was not adequately managing its commercial management, being classified as deficient according to 62.5% of the collaborators, making it necessary to design a system of control indicators based on the perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard, where eight control indicators were defined. When evaluating the commercial management after designing the proposal, it was found that now each of its components are perceived favorably in terms of its management, concluding that the system of control indicators improves the commercial management of the clinical laboratory LeonLab S.A.C., so the research hypothesis was accepted.
