ABSTRACT The investigation called "Incidence of the application of the budget program 0083, in the municipal management of the San José de Lourdes district 2019-2020", will have as a general objective, Determine how the application of the budget program 0083, affected the municipal management of the District of San José de Lourdes, periods 2019-2020, the research will be of a comparative descriptive type, non-experimental design, cross-sectional and basic type. The population is made up of 15 hamlets out of a total of 80, district of San José de Lourdes, province of San Ignacio, and municipal officials. The variables are Budget Program 0083 and Municipal management. The techniques used are documentary review, observation and survey. A survey questionnaire was applied for beneficiaries of the 0083 budget program and another 13-question questionnaire for municipal officials. The results show that Budget Program 0083 is related to the coverage of sanitation services in 8 hamlets in the rural district of San José de Lourdes. Coming to the conclusion that the Budget Program 0083 has a significant impact on municipal management in the hamlets intervened in the period 2019-2020; recommends to the mayor's office, Municipal Management and Budget Office, that the executed budgets of budgetary programs, should dedicate greater interest to it to avoid unexecuted balances.
