The present research was characterized by being quantitative, applicative, pre- experimental, longitudinal in nature and had as its main objective to apply the tools of lean manufacturing to increase the productivity of the clamp manufacturing process in the company Neser Industriales V&V S.A.C. which is a company in the metalworking sector that began competing in the market 12 years ago and that, in recent years, has been presenting problems such as: disorder, lack of cleanliness and absence of controls, presenting a percentage of 18% compliance in regarding what the 5S methodology establishes; Likewise, a high lead time of 32.14 days is due to the fact that most of the activities are developed empirically, and in these activities 0% is evident in terms of the value added index. All these problems mainly cause low productivity of the process, which is 0.91 clamps/hh. After identifying and quantifying the problems, they were selected as lean manufacturing tools to apply to the VSM, SMED, 5S and kanban methodologies. The results of the post-implementation allowed an increase of 21% in the productivity levels of the clamp production process for an evaluation period of 8 months that began in May 2023 and ended in January of this year 2024. It was obtained also for the proposal an NPV of S/. 29,576.00 and an IRR of 51%, which indicate that the proposal is profitable. The results were processed statistically and systematically presented through tables and graphs constructed with the purpose of analyzing the situation and preparing the proposal adjusted to the needs of the company.
