ABSTRACT The present research work entitled "IMPROVING THE INFRASTRUCTURE OF IRRIGATION CHANNELS: TALLA LONG. (4.323 KM) Y NUEVA TALLA LONG. (1.963 KM) IN THE DISTRICT OF GUADALUPE, PROVINCE PACASMAYO, DEPARTMENT OF LIBERTY ", aims to identify a suitable geometrical section for the raceway and structures that comprise it to better water supply. The design criteria are supported in their mathematical calculations, enabling a hydraulically efficient and structurally secure infrastructure that therefore ensure good operation and availability of water resources to agricultural land ; these criteria the costs of this project is to determine, for economic benefit / cost for viability in economic and social terms. For the preparation of the project was to conduct field visits: socioeconomic surveys determine the agricultural area, the writ of cultivation, water demand and determine the beneficiaries. In addition, the survey was conducted to determine: the channel axis, works of art, civil works, etc. Word , Excel and engineering in different programs such as : H - channels , Autocad , AutocadLand , S10 , etc. for processing field data Microsoft Office programs were used With which the project budget public investment was made. In the annexes, the study of supply and demand of water resources, rising channel topography, location map, floor profiles, cross sections, artwork is included; metrados, general budget, unit costs and programming work.
