ABSTRACT The objective of this report is to describe the activities carried out during the internship period as Assistant to the Production area of the pharmaceutical laboratory VITALINE S.A.C. In this way, comply with the provisions of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry of the National University of Trujillo, if it is a requirement to obtain the title of Pharmaceutical Chemist. The activities carried out during the Pre-professional internship period were those stipulated in the internal regulations of the company with respect to the position held in the Production area. Among these, the main ones were: Supervise compliance with the planning and execution of the production schedule (Continuity Plan) and its processes, organization of shift personnel, supervision of the correct filling of records, realization of material requirements for the process of the area, manage the dispensing of raw materials (active ingredients, excipients and polyethylene), supervision of the weighing of raw materials, preparation of pH buffer solutions, supervision of disinfectant preparation, inspection of the state of the area's environments, decision-making , documentary update of the Quality Management System such as: Manufacturing, packaging and conditioning guides, instructions and procedures, etc. All of these were developed in compliance with current ISO 9000 regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (BPM)
