The present research entitled "Geolocation and virtual reality to streamline watershed management of the Regional Agricultural Management of La Libertad", was developed with the main objective of: streamlining watershed management of the Regional Agricultural Management of La Libertad, through the implementation of a geolocation and virtual reality system. The research design was preexperimental and consisted of a pretest and a post-test stage. For the development and implementation of the software project presented as a solution in this research, the SCRUM methodology was used, aligned with the PMBOK project management framework, which includes the phases of initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure. The geolocation and virtual reality system used the Laravel web development Framework, which was used for the construction of the Backend, which used the MySQL database for data registration and the construction of the API, which is consumed by the Frontend application developed in the Angular Framework and the progressive web application where the mobile application was developed. As for the virtual reality application, the Unity video game engine and the development tools for virtual reality glasses were used. The study population consisted of 2700 specific information queries, 360 reports, 8 collaborators and a sample of 336 queries, 186 reports and 8 collaborators respectively, 3 instruments were used for data collection: the questionnaire and the stopwatch. In conclusion, the results obtained by applying the statistical tests were as follows: for the first specific objective, to reduce the time of consultation of specific information, a significant impact with a decrease of 102.86 seconds; with respect to the second specific objective, to increase the degree of satisfaction of collaborators, there was an improvement of 2.65 points on a scale of 1 to 5, going from 1.86 to 4.51. For the third specific objective, to reduce the report issuance time, the results showed a total reduction of 299.97 seconds and finally the fourth objective, operational costs in report generation, where a total saving of 0.1166 soles/second was obtained for each report generated; these results allowed affirming that the geolocation and virtual reality system streamlines watershed management of the Regional Agricultural Management of La Libertad.
