Abstract: El presente informe de prácticas tuvo como objetivo calcular la productividad en la etapa de envasado de soluciones inyectables de gran volumen fabricadas en un laboratorio peruano en Lima, 2018. Para cumplir con el objetivo, se tuvieron que realizar las siguientes acciones: se calculó el rendimiento mensual, las horas hombres y horas máquina del proceso de envasado de soluciones inyectables de gran volumen fabricados en un laboratorio peruano. Obteniendo como resultados que la productividad mensual en el año 2018 estaba entre 68 a 99 % siendo junio el mes donde la productividad fue la más elevada. El rendimiento mensual osciló entre 97 % a 99.5 %, teniendo un mayor rendimiento los meses de mayo y julio. Así mismo las horas hombres y horas maquina en el año 2018 fueron de 309 000 horas de trabajo y 6 540 horas respectivamente. Por lo que se concluye que el mayor rendimiento del proceso de envasado de soluciones inyectables de gran volumen, fabricados en un laboratorio peruano en 2018, fueron los meses de mayo y julio con 99,24%, y 99,23%, respectivamente. Se emplearon 309 000 horas hombre y 6540 horas máquina para producir 27 604 553 frascos en el área de envasado de soluciones de gran volumen fabricados en un laboratorio peruano en Lima, 2018.
ABSTRACT The objective of this internship report was to calculate the productivity in the packaging stage of large volume injectable solutions manufactured in a Peruvian laboratory in Lima, 2018. To meet the objective, the following actions had to be performed: the monthly throughput, man hours and machine hours of the packaging process of large volume injectable solutions manufactured in a Peruvian laboratory were calculated. Obtaining as results that the monthly productivity in 2018 was between 68 to 99 % being June the month where productivity was the highest. The monthly yield ranged between 97 % to 99.5 %, having a higher yield in the months of May and July. Likewise, man hours and machine hours in 2018 were 309,000 working hours and 6,540 hours, respectively. Therefore, it is concluded that the highest performance of the packaging process of large volume injectable solutions, manufactured in a Peruvian laboratory in 2018, were the months of May and July with 99.24%, and 99.23%, respectively. A total of 309 000-man hours and 6540 machine hours were used to produce 27 604 553 vials in the packaging area of large volume solutions manufactured in a Peruvian laboratory in Lima, 2018.
