The present research report determined the length-weight relationship and the condition factor of Oreochromis niloticus fry fed with a fermented product based on Oxalis tuberosa "oca". For this purpose, a completely randomized experimental design was implemented, where the fry were randomly assigned to three dietary treatments: T1 (100% commercial feed), T2 (25% fermented feed + 75% commercial), and T3 (50% fermented feed + 50% commercial). The evaluation included measurements of weight, length, and condition factor, over a study period of 45 days. The results, at 45 days of evaluation, showed that fry fed diets that included 50% (T3) and 25% (T2) fermented oca had greater weights (3.66g and 3.36g respectively) and lengths (6.32cm and 5.96cm respectively) compared to the control treatment consisting of a commercial diet (T1) which reached 3.05g in weight and 5.83cm in length. It was concluded that the use of fermented feed based on Oxalis tuberosa "oca" flour improves growth parameters and weight in O. niloticus fry.
