The present investigation arises from the observations that were made to 3-year-old children during the daily sequences of activities. Therefore, it was proposed to create the proposal titled: Role-playing workshop, Jugueteamos, to develop social skills in 3-year-old infants of an Educational Institution, Trujillo - 2022, which had the general objective of demonstrating that the role-playing workshop, Jugueteamos, develops social skills in 3-year old infants from the I.E.I Pasitos de Jesús, Trujillo - 2022. The research is Quantitative - applied, with a pre-experimental design. This research was carried out with a sample population, consisting of 18 3-year-old children, using an observation guide as an evaluation instrument, taking into account the dimensions: basic social interaction skills and skills to establish friendship. The results obtained in the pre-test showed that 72% of the children obtained a low level and 44% obtained a medium level of social skills. But in the post-test, 87.5% reached a high level and 28% reached a medium level. In conclusion, an improvement is evident in the children's social skills, and this is due to the application of the proposed workshop.
