The present research work has a quantitative approach, with a pre-experimental design where the effectiveness of the application of the educational program “COVID-19 Never Again” on the level of knowledge of COVID-19 prevention of teachers was evaluated - “Dean” Educational Institution Saavedra” at the secondary level during the months of July - September 2023. COVID-19”. In this research work, a study has been developed where a questionnaire instrument was applied before and after the execution of the educational program. The data obtained were analyzed with the statistical program SPSS version 26. Likewise, statistical tests were applied such as: T Student, for related samples. The results obtained show that before the application of the educational program, it was found that 62 percent of the teachers presented a low level of knowledge, followed by a medium level with 38 percent. After the educational program, it was evident that the teachers had a high level of knowledge at 95 percent, followed by a medium level at 5.7 percent. concluding that the significance level of 1 percent (p-value <0.01); This educational program being highly effective in increasing the level of knowledge about COVID-19 in secondary school teachers of the I.E Dean Saavedra
