ABSTRACT The main objective of this research work was to determine the relationship between work incentive and productivity of the sales force of a department store, Trujillo 2022. Thus, a non-experimental quantitative study was carried out with a descriptive design - cross-sectional correlation. The population consisted of 83 vendors, as shown on the form, data updated to June 2022, all of them made up the sample since the population was limited and easily accessible; Two surveys were applied through the labor incentives questionnaire and the productivity questionnaire. These questionnaires were validated by expert judgment and by Cronbach's Alpha test. The data obtained went through a statistical analysis through the non-parametric Rho Spearman test, whose result was 0.805 with a P value of 0.00 (p<0.05), this indicates that there is a significant relationship, therefore, it is rejecting the null hypothesis and accept the alternate hypothesis. Therefore, it is concluded that the relationship between work incentives and productivity of the sales force of a department store, Trujillo 2022, is significant.
