In recent years there has been a growing older adult population in Peru, aged 60 and over, which has mostly presented (around 80%) some type of chronic health problem that prevents them from performing some activities and that are aggravated by their state of mental health and the loneliness they feel. For this reason, it is convenient and beneficial to improve the mental health of older adults in order to improve their physical health and quality of life. Consequently, it is necessary to propose a solution that makes it easier for users to carry out leisure activities, physical activities and support, giving them the opportunity to socialize with other people who share the same interests. The Design Thinking innovation methodology was used to design this solution, where the desirability of the business model was validated. The solution will be offered through a set of services, through in-person and virtual service channels, which will be paid for by customers through a subscription that they are willing to assume. The proposed solution is sustainable because it positively impacts and addresses the sustainable development objectives (SDGs) such as “Health and Wellbeing”, “Reduction of Inequalities”, “Decent Work and Economic Growth”, providing an economic benefit in its implementation.
