The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between the factors of work motivation and occupational safety in the company Acquapisco Piura 2023, the population was made up of 42 employees of the company; The sample included the entire population, therefore, a census was applied; A non-experimental, cross sectional and correlational research design was applied; To collect data, the survey technique was used, through a 16-question questionnaire applied to the workers for which they were first reviewed and validated by the experts. To define the hypothesis, Pearson was suggested with the objective of determining the direct and significant relationship between the work motivation factors with the dimensions of the occupational safety variable. The results confirm that motivation factors such as the organizational climate, assertive communication and labor compensation are determinants to adequately manage the safety and health of employees, the control of activities related to occupational safety, personal factors, the correct use of work rules, order and cleanliness in the workplace. They are important in the management of the company's occupational health. It is concluded that there is a high relationship between work motivation factors and occupational safety, as demonstrated by the Pearson evaluation test with a significance level of .752 and a positive significance level of .000 > 0.005
