The present research was carried out in the hamlet of Cunguay, district and province of Santiago de Chuco, department of La Libertad. The objective was to evaluate the influence of production systems and the influence of biofertilizers applied to these on the development of lettuce plants (Lactuca sativa L.) cv. Waldman's Green. The design used was Completely Randomized Blocks in Split-plot with 72 plants distributed in 9 treatments with 3 replications and 8 plants per experimental unit. The treatments consisted of the interaction of 3 production systems (Rainfed ""Control"", Rainfed + Drip Irrigation, and Micro tunnel) with 3 biofertilizers (Without biofertilizers ""Control"", Trichoderma viride, and Pseudomonas complex) with a total of 9 treatments. Height, number of leaves, leaf coverage, fresh weight of the aerial part, dry weight of the aerial part, and yield were evaluated; the first three were evaluated weekly, the next two were evaluated 15 days after transplantation and at harvest, and yield was evaluated at harvest. Normality tests (Shapiro-Wilk), homogeneity (Bartlett), and analysis of variance (ANOVA) were performed. Statistical differences were found in the dry weight variable at 15 DDT and in the number of leaves variable, week 4, in the production systems factor, with the ""Rainfed"" production system standing out with an average of 8.6 leaves per plant. In the remaining variables, no statistical differences were found. The treatment with the ""Micro tunnel"" production system with application of Trichoderma viride showed the best result in the plant height variable (204 mm). The treatment with the ""Rainfed"" production system without the application of biofertilizers showed the best result in the number of leaves variable (21.7 leaves on average). The treatment with the ""Micro tunnel” production system with the application of Pseudomonas complex showed the best result in the leaf coverage variable (687 cm2). The treatment with the “Rainfed” production system with the application of Trichoderma viride showed the best results in the variables: fresh weight (361.3 grams), dry weight (22.9 grams), and yield, reaching 30199 kilograms per hectare
