Since this research aims to make known the different points of view of university students regarding their educational center, the dimensions of the REPTRACK Model were studied, in order for the University to understand the perception and opinion of its students about the services. that it offers. This research is of an applied, non-experimental design, also with a descriptive scope and mixed approach, using a study population from the district of Trujillo with a sample of 264 university students. Data collection techniques were obtained through the application of a questionnaire and a Focus Group. In the questionnaire on a scale from 1 to 5, the results show average scores in the dimensions of Citizenship, Work and Integrity Rs=3.4, while Finance obtains an almost low level with Rs=2.99, indicating difficulties in economic management. In contrast, Innovation stands out with an almost high average score of Rs=3.55, suggesting a good capacity for adaptation. The focus group revealed a medium-low reputation due to problems in administrative and academic management, although positive aspects were highlighted such as the quality of the infrastructure and the flexibility in payment options through extracurricular activities.
