This research focus in important factors such as the use of the methodology of scientific research, the use of conceptualizations, definitions and others, as the theoretical framework and fieldwork; regarding the methodological part, primarily scientific research was used, the same that was used to develop all important aspects of the thesis, from the problem statement to the testing of the hypothesis. With respect to the collection of information on the theoretical framework, the support provided by specialists related to each of the variables: quality of care and user satisfaction, the same clarifying the issue in question, as well as broad panorama study with input thereof; backed by the use of citations which validate research. In addition, with regard to fieldwork, it was found that the techniques and instruments used, facilitated the development of the study, culminating this part with the testing of hypotheses. Finally, research objectives have been achieved fully, as well as data found in research facilitated achieving them. Also worth mentioning that for the development of research, the scheme proposed in each of the chapters, made didactic presentation of research, as also fully understand the scope of this investigation.
