The present investigation is of a descriptive type and its main objective is to determine the organizational commitment of workers in the supply area of a hydrocarbon company located in the district of San Borja. The instrument that was used was Meyer and Allen's organizational commitment scale (1191), adopted by Montoya (2014), which measures the organizational commitment in 3 dimensions: affective, normative and continuity. The sample consisted of all the workers in the supply area whose number is 30 employees, so the sample is census. The result was the "Favorable" of 80% in the global organizational commitment, indicating that workers feel a high degree of commitment to their company. On the other hand, you get 10% with a category of "Unfavorable and Very Unfavorable", indicating that workers may be involved in personal aspects, characteristics of work and work environment, as well as their own roles which leads them to have a low level of commitment.
