The overall objective of the research was to determine the relationship between family structure, the level of learning and academic performance of the students of elementary's school Regina Pacis. The type of research was descriptive and applied level, method and research design was descriptive. The population under study was represented by the students from the first to sixth grade consisting of 164 participants, while sampling was probabilistic fees by having a sample of 105 students. The instruments used for the measurement of the variables were the notes log, where you register information on the levels of development of the skills and needs of students to form a rational judgment in order to make decisions related to the learning activities. Academic performance ratings have been classified into 4 levels according to the weighted average obtained by the participants. The second instrument was the questionnaire of FACES III (family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scales) David Olson that contains 20 items that measure both the family adaptability and Cohesion. Battery psychopedagogical assesses covering different domains curricular such as abstract reasoning, memory and attention, adaptation of the student, reading, writing and mathematical learning. This battery is curriculum, designed to provide relevant data for decision-making with respect to the educational process. The Statistician's correlation Spearman Rho for qualitative variables measured with ordinal scales being used. The results of the investigation were that family cohesion as family structure indicator not is positively related to the scores of the school performance of the students. It has been shown that adaptability as a indicator of the family structure is inversely related to scores on the school performance of the students. Finally, it was found that each of the indicator of learning levels is correlated with scores on the school performance of the students.
