He general objective of the research was to determine if Intellectual Capital influences the value of the shares at the level of the financial companies listed on the stock exchange in Lima. The type of research was descriptive statistics and analysis - synthesis, among others that as the work was developed were indistinctly. The target population, which involves research, is made up of 31 financial companies that are listed on the Lima Stock Exchange, as their annual turnover amounts to more than S / 200 million soles per year. For the purposes of the investigation, the General and Financial Manager of each of the 31 financial companies operating in Peru was considered as the study population, which includes 62 managers. While to determine the optimal sample we used the simple random sampling formula to estimate proportions, for a finite or known population, whose result was chosen 27 financial companies listed on the Lima Stock Exchange making a total of 54 Managers for the sample. The main technique for collecting the information used was the questionnaire, which was taken from the sample indicated by means of a survey consisting of 14 closed-ended questions. Chi square distribution was used to test the hypothesis, since the data for the analysis are classified categorically. The results were that it has been determined that Intellectual capital influences the value of shares at the level of financial companies listed on the Stock Exchange in Lima.
