Análisis al sistema trámite documentario y el servicio de atención en las universidades públicas de Lima Metropolitana

Abstract

La tesis “Análisis al Sistema Trámite Documentario y el Servicio de Atención en las Universidades Públicas de Lima Metropolitana”, el estudio responde a un diseño no experimental de corte transversal descriptiva cuantitativa porque tiene como fin investigar la influencia y los valores en que se presenta una o más variables. La población del estudio está constituida por 54 352 alumnos de las Universidades Públicas de Lima Metropolitana, la muestra fue determinada de manera probabilística obteniendo como resultado 412 alumnos a quienes se les aplicó el cuestionario. Para recolectar los datos respecto al comportamiento de las variables independiente y dependiente de la tesis, se eligió como técnica de recolección el cuestionario constituido por 20 preguntas con escala de valoración de Likert y 10 preguntas dicotómicas con dos valores posibles, como sí y no
