Las inversiones mineras chinas y el respeto del medio ambiente en el Perú

Abstract

El Perú es uno de los destinos más atractivos para la inversión minera. Esto es gracias a su alto nivel de reservas, su marco jurídico promotor de la inversión privada, la disponibilidad de información catastral y geológica y la presencia de empresas líderes de la minería mundial. Con relación al objetivo general de la investigación fue establecer si las inversiones mineras chinas, inciden en el respeto del medio ambiente en el Perú, dado que muchas veces las empresa mineras en este caso, no están cumplimiento con las normas mediambientales, perjudicando la salud tanto de la población, animales y la zona donde residen. En cuanto al tipo de investigación fue descriptivo-aplicativo y el nivel aplicativo; además, el método y diseño de investigación fue expos facto o retrospectivo; y en cuanto a la población objeto de estudio estuvo constituida por Empresas Mineras Chinas en el Perú y la muestra fue de 83 Funcionarios y Empleados que laboran en ese sector, con un muestreo probalístico de probabilidad del 95% de confianza y con un margen de error de 6%. Finalmente, los instrumentos utilizados para la medición de las variables fue la técnica de la encuesta con su instrumento el cuestionario que ayudaron a la recolección de información y así poder realizar la interpretación de los resultados así como la contrastación de las hipótesis y de esa manera alcanzar los objetivos que se plantearon en el estudio

Peru is one of the most attractive destinations for mining investment. In relation to the general objective of the investigation was to establish if the Chinese mining investments, affect the respect of the environment in Peru, since often the mining companies in this case, are not complied with the environmental norms, damaging the health as much of the population, animals and the area where they reside. As for the type of research was descriptive-application and application level; in addition, the method and design of research was expose or retrospective; and in terms of the population under study was constituted by Chinese Mining Companies in Peru and the sample was 83 Employees and Employees who work in that sector, with a probabilistic probability sampling of 95% confidence and with a margin of error Of 6%. Finally, the instruments used for the measurement of the variables were the technique of the survey with its instrument the questionnaire that helped the collection of information and thus be able to perform the interpretation of the results as well as the testing of the hypotheses and thereby achieve the objectives that were raised in the study
