The present research work aims to determine how they relate to cultural factors or beliefs of farmers such as collectivism, confidence, dependability in the titling of land and productive planning, with the working of productive chains. For many years have been promoted productive chains as a development alternative for small farmers in the Valley of the Mantaro, have received services from training, technical assistance, market, etc., but very few are currently. Applied and descriptive research was developed with the participation of 383 agricultural producers in four provinces of the Mantaro Valley, using questionnaire, descriptive statistics, and Ji squared for hypothesis testing. Findings on the collectivism dimension show that 83.53% have this trait. In the trust dimension 52.7% manifest good communication between articulating company and producers; 41% contributed 50% to 100% of production costs; 61.1% you trust company if it offers warranty, liability, insurance market, clear proposals and 61.8% producer colleagues trusts. In the dimension formality in land titling 60.5 per cent have title to land; 95.7% know the benefits of having property titles and 55% say owning land for a new chain. In productive planning, 52% decision-makers what planting depending on which product is being sold more and for the best price of the market; 23% managed production of 75 to 100% targets; 19% improved productivity of 60 to 100% and 87% considered that they should be involved producers and company in planning the production
