The objective of the study was to determine the factors influencing job satisfaction of dentistry staff and the quality of care of the National Institute of Child Health in 2018. The methodology used was descriptive design, type of prospective, transversal and observational research, and qualitative approach. The sample consisted of 61 workers working in the dentistry area of the National Institute of Child Health and 107 parents of the children attending the area who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The instrument used to measure the job satisfaction of dentistry personnel and the quality of patient care have already been validated in previous research. Data was processed using the Microsoft Excel 2010 program and the SPSS statistical software version 20.0. The results show that the factors influencing the job satisfaction are in the external are Unsatisfied with 34.4%, in the internal they are Satisfied with a 42.6% and in the general they are Satisfied with 29.5%; in the Quality of care in majority and High majority indicated If the parents were satisfied with the quality d attention. It is concluded that regarding factors that influence job satisfaction in the external factor are Unsatisfied and in quality of care in overwhelming majority indicated Yes to their satisfaction.
